i was driving home from a family dinner when this spectacular sunset lit up the sky... so i spontaneously decided to go to the beach... it was GORGEOUS!

you know how sometimes when you look at things you see something else... something not ordinary... something, well, beautiful. today as i was taking plant photos i spied these shrub leaves that were as pretty as any flower.

FLOODED!

the past 24 hours it has rained and rained, and then rained some more... till our office was completed flooded...

tonight after my nephew's t-ball game the sky was filled with a golden hue... so beautiful...

project: icicles!

temps have been record lows in Florida... i crossed my fingers for snow but, alas, it did not come... so i decided to make use of the extreme cold and attempt icicles.

and guess what?

i made ICICLES!!!tiny but fabulous.

but soon the sun arrived & they started to melt...

there is nothing like hanging with family and friends around a warm fire barrel on a cold night...
